The English Riviera Tourism Company (ERTC) and its partners celebrated a prestigious win at the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence winning silver for Visitor Information Provider of the Year.
Beating rivals across the country, including London, this national award is the pinnacle of a long run of increasingly high profile awards won by the tourism company over the past 3 years including a Gold Award at both the 2013 Devon and South West Tourism Awards.

The ERTC is responsible for the English Riviera’s official Visitor Information Service, which is used by around 300,000 people per year. The company has totally revolutionised and totally modernised the service, investing heavily in multi digital information channels including the launch of the My Riviera App and opening several highly successful partnership Visitor Information Points across the resort.
